I found the location quite perfect, near the museums. public transportation was also very accessible. the tram stop was very close. It made getting around very easy.

The room's air conditioner wasn't working at all. we spoke to the staff, but they couldn't fix the problem. they provided a fan. it wasn't enough to deal with the heat.

The lack of air conditioning was a problem. it was advertised, but the ac was not working. the staff weren't particularly honest about how long it had been broken. That was frustrating, honestly.

i was annoyed that the reception staff seemed uninterested in helping. i had an issue with the shower temperature , but nothing was done about it. i reported the problem at checkout , but the staff didn't seem to care. i found this lack of attention frustrating.
