good options museum proximity

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to museums. the location made it easy to walk to the vondelpark. the breakfast provided good options.

the room felt a little small. there was not a wardrobe for clothes.

the location was great near major museums and a very handy tram stop

the room was not spacious enough for two suitcases making it very inconvenient i had to keep one upright most of the time the shower also had a scary step down

museum location public transportation broken air conditioner provided fan

I found the location quite perfect, near the museums. public transportation was also very accessible. the tram stop was very close. It made getting around very easy.

The room's air conditioner wasn't working at all. we spoke to the staff, but they couldn't fix the problem. they provided a fan. it wasn't enough to deal with the heat.

broken air conditioning dishonest staff

The location was acceptable, near many museums. That worked fine.

The lack of air conditioning was a problem. it was advertised, but the ac was not working. the staff weren't particularly honest about how long it had been broken. That was frustrating, honestly.

perfect location friendly staff clean room

The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of museums. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, readily assisting with directions. The room itself was nice and neat (I liked the modern design).

shower temperature staff indifference

i was annoyed that the reception staff seemed uninterested in helping. i had an issue with the shower temperature , but nothing was done about it. i reported the problem at checkout , but the staff didn't seem to care. i found this lack of attention frustrating.
